Pricing questions, answered.

How do organization, therapist and child subscriptions work together?

The organization plan provides the workspace and its tools. A therapist needs a paid account linked to an organization to carry out their work there. A child’s subscription or organization sponsorship activates new care for that child. Permissions and consent still determine what each person can access.

What does a therapist need to start working?

A therapist needs to belong to an organization, have a paid therapist account and hold the appropriate permissions. They can then use assessments, goals, behavior plans, sessions, data collection, reports and supervision within the activated content and service limits. Their subscription also includes professional passport benefits and personal cloud storage.

What happens if the child’s activation ends?

Existing records remain readable under the relevant permissions, and work already started stays editable. The child’s plan or an organization’s sponsorship is needed to activate new work. Ending activation does not delete the child’s history or grant wider access to it.

Are all libraries and assessment tools unlimited?

No. You can browse the public catalogs and create or use content permitted to your organization. Activation slots have an included allowance; extra slots and licensed content may have separate charges. An authorized administrator sees and confirms a billable activation before it is charged.

Is video included?

The organization plan includes 10 GB storage, 5 recording hours and 10 viewing hours per month. Child Journey includes 5 GB and 2 viewing hours per month. Larger organization video packages and Family Archive or Archive Plus storage are optional services, with their own terms and charges.

Can the organization pay for a child or therapist?

Yes. An organization can sponsor child activation or a therapist’s subscription. The organization may pay for the therapist, but the therapist’s account must be paid and linked to it to carry out their work. Access still follows permissions, care relationships and consent.

Are the displayed prices monthly?

Yes. These cards show the published monthly prices for the country chosen above them. Where we charge VAT, it is already inside the price shown, so that is the price you pay. Any other available billing options are shown in the purchase flow.

Does subscribing give access to every child record?

No. Subscription access never replaces authorization. Therapists work within their assigned scope, supervisors within their supervision scope, and families see information available to their guardian role and sharing permissions.

Is there a limit on administrative and operational team members?

No. Your organization subscription includes unlimited members for administrative and operational work: workspace administration, HR, intake, scheduling, program and department coordination, and staff with basic access. Working as a therapist still requires a paid therapist account linked to an organization; an administrative membership does not replace it.

How do I set each team member’s access?

Start with a ready-made access profile or create a custom profile for your organization’s responsibilities, then assign the appropriate access. Preview permission changes before applying them and review their audit history. Access to child records still follows permissions, care relationships and consent.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

You can cancel at any time from Billing. Your first purchase comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee: cancel within 14 days of it and your access ends at once, with everything you paid refunded in full — automatically, to the original payment method. After that, and for any later subscription, cancelling stops the next renewal: you keep access to the end of the period you have paid for, and no part of that period is refunded. You can take a cancellation back at any time before that period ends. A subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play is cancelled in the store. If it is your first purchase and you cancel within 14 days, a Google Play purchase is refunded in full automatically; an App Store purchase can only be refunded by Apple, so we show you how to ask Apple for it.
